Our terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Picoutfit mobile apps. Please read these Terms carefully, and contact us if you have any questions. By using Picoutfit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our service

Picoutfit helps you find inspiration for all your events. We bring you thousands of personal shoppers, exclusively for you, to help you choose the best outfit to buy or choose. Picoutfit allows you to create fitting rooms with your friends, family and community to enjoy privacy.

Your content

Picoutfit allows you to post content, including photos, comments, and links. Anything that you post or otherwise make available on Picoutfit is referred to as "User Content." You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you post to Picoutfit.

You grant Picoutfit and our users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your User Content on Picoutfit solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and using Picoutfit.

Nothing in these Terms restricts other legal rights Picoutfit may have to User Content, for example under other licenses.

We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content, or change the way it's used in Picoutfit, for any reason. This includes User Content that we believe violates these Terms or any other policies.

Don't post porn or spam or be a jerk to other people on Picoutfit. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Using Picoutfit

Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service.

Security

We care about the security of our users. While we work to protect the security of your content and account, Picoutfit can't guarantee that unauthorized third parties won't be able to defeat our security measures. We ask that you keep your account secure. Please notify us immediately of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account.

Third party links

Picoutfit has links to content off of Picoutfit. Most of that stuff is awesome, but we're not responsible when it's not.

Termination

Picoutfit may terminate or suspend your right to access or use Picoutfit for any reason on appropriate notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if we have a good reason, including any violation of our Terms.

Changes to this terms

Picoutfit may occasionally update this terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and the date in the bottom of this page will be updated. We encourage Users to frequently check this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this terms periodically and become aware of modifications.
If we're making a big change to the terms, we'll let you know. If you don't like the new terms, please stop using Picoutfit.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using picoutfit application, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our application. Your continued use of Picoutfit following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
